Is there an overlap between the feminist struggle and the ecological struggle? Who are the people who claim to be ecofeminists and what are their modes of action? To what extent is ecofeminism a political ideology capable of providing new weapons both to the struggle for gender equality and to the fight against global warming?
In order to answer these questions, we will have the pleasure of receiving:
Catherine Larrère, philosopher and professor emeritus of philosophy at Paris 1, who recently published Ecofeminism at the Discovery
(to be confirmed) Sandra Laugier, Professor of Philosophy at the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne;
Réjane Sénac, CNRS research director at the Center for Political Research at Sciences Po, CEVIPOF.
The round table will take place at the Ecole Normale Supérieure, at 45 rue d'Ulm, in the Dussane room.
