OUR RELATIONS
Annual and methodical documentation of ideological shifts in higher education and research
Created in January 2021, the Observatory of Decolonialism and Identity Ideologies brings together around one hundred academics from various disciplines. Its mission is to document methodically and annually the development of identity ideologies in higher education and research. The published reports constitute a factual archive intended to inform public debate and ensure the traceability of the phenomena studied.

Note: The report for the year 2023 (the 2022 report could not be produced due to computer problems)! The data in this report were collected by the members of the Observatory. To ensure the consistency and completeness of the corpus, we limited our study to France and not to the entire French-speaking world. This list is not exhaustive and minima: several items have been removed in case of doubt or have not been included due to restricted access to certain information.

Budgets CVEC et FSDIE amount to several hundred million euros each year. The decisions taken by the CVEC and FSDIE commissions generally remain unpublished. This lack of transparency prevents everything independent control on the use of resources and opens the way to potential abuses.
