EU.12/22 Adult education, training professions and the work environment: This teaching unit aims to provide knowledge of the processes that structure professionalism and lead to general changes in work that professionals have to deal with. EU.33/41 Professional experience: This teaching unit deepens the knowledge acquired through specific procedures (hiring, career, remuneration) and provides a more precise view of the discrimination induced and produced in the relationship to work. OPTIONS – EU.35 Contextualization and practice of professions: During the second year, students and professionals will have the choice between three specialization options: Issues of inclusion (social action, medico-social, school, etc.); Research writing and dissemination of scientific knowledge (doctorate, etc.) ; Digital cultures (use of images, etc.); Reading and understanding scientific and technical writings in English (research, etc.). However, the choices are not prohibitive for the future: a "professionalizing" option will not prevent the completion of a doctoral course.
